abstract |
The invention relates to a fibrous structure comprising at least one non composite para-aramid strand and at least one nylon strand maintained in a parallel relationship to each other, the non composite para-aramid strand being present in the material in an amount ranging from about 20 % to 99.9 % by weight, relative to the weight of the structure. The invention also relates to a process to manufacture such structure and to high cut and abrasion resistant protective clothing made of this structure like gloves, aprons and sleeves. |
