A method for identifying and screening a novelnsubstance promoting the transcription induction activity ofnPPARγ and improving insulin resistance by promoting theninteraction between PPAR promoting the transcriptionninduction activity of PPARγ and p68 RNA helicase and/ornpromoting the expression of p68RNA helicase is disclosed.nThe method is a new type method for screening an agent fornimproving insulin resistance by promoting the transcriptionninduction activity of PPARγ which is different from thenconventional PPAR agonist. Furthermore, the method fornproducing a pharmaceutical composition for improvingninsulin resistance which comprises the substance obtainablenby the above method for screening as an active ingredientnis disclosed. |
