The invention relates to a compound that can bind to the interferon-gamma (IFN?), which is selected from molecules having formula (I), in which X denotes a divalent spacer group having a sufficient length to enable each of the two oligosaccharide fragments A and B to bind to one of the peptide sequences 125 to 143 at the C-terminal ends of a homodimer of interferon-? (IFN-?) and n denotes an integer of between 0 and 10, e.g. equal to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and each R denotes independently a hydrogen atom, an SO3- group, or phosphate, on the condition that no SO3- group is located in position 3 of the glucosamine units of the compound (I). The invention also relates to the method of preparing the compounds, the complexes formed by the aforementioned compounds and the interferon-gamma and medicaments containing said compounds or complexes. |
