abstract |
The invention provides an apparatus and a method forntreating powdery waste by heating at high heating efficiency andnwithout inducing problem of adhesion of powdery waste to thenperipheral wall surface of the apparatus. The apparatus and thenmethod for treating the powdery waste by heating adopt a gas outletnopening at upper portion of the vertical and cylindricalnheat-container, adopt an inlet opening for gas to fluidize thenpowdery waste at bottom portion thereof, and adopt agitatornblades for agitating the powdery waste. The agitator blade hasn30% or less of the ratio of the horizontally projected area ofnthe agitator blades to the area inside the envelope of outermostnedges of the agitator blades. |
