abstract The invention relates to a device (1) for determining the concentration of ligands (2) contained in a liquid sample. Said device comprises a capillary (3) having an inner cavity (4) filled with a liquid containing no ligands (2) or a smaller concentration of ligands than the sample. The capillary (3) has at least one opening (6) for bringing the liquid into contact with the sample. Receptors (5) are immobilised in the inner cavity (4) of the capillary (3), said receptors bonding with the ligands (2) on coming into contact with the same. The receptors (5) are distanced from the opening (6) and are connected thereto (6) by a diffusion path formed by the liquid. At least one sensor (7) is used to detect at least one measuring value representing the frequency of the ligand-receptor bonds. The invention device (1) enables the concentration of the ligands (2) in the sample to be precisely measured in a wide concentration range.
