titleOfInvention Disc-shaped recording medium manufacturing method and stamper member usable for disc-shaped recording medium manufacturing method
abstract Disclosed are a disc-shaped recording mediumnmanufacturing method capable of restraining anmanufacturing cost for manufacturing a disc-shapednrecording medium by use of a stamper member made of anhigh-cost resin material and a stamper member usablenfor this manufacturing method. This disc-shapednrecording medium manufacturing method involvesnapplying an energy beam curing resin to an innernperipheral portion of a first recording layer formednon a disc-shaped substrate, thereafter disposing anstamper member so that a first transfer face thereofnfaces the disc-shaped substrate, rotating the disc-shapednsubstrate in order to spin-coat the energynbeam curing resin between the disc-shaped substratenand the stamper member, irradiating the energy beamncuring resin with an energy beam while rotating thendisc-shaped substrate, exfoliating the stamper membernin a way that leaves, on the disc-shaped substrate, anfirst spacer layer made of the energy beam curingnresin with the irradiation of the energy beam, nforming a second recording layer on the surface ofnthe first spacer layer transferred from the firstntransfer face, applying the energy beam curing resinnto an inner peripheral portion of the secondnrecording layer, disposing the already-exfoliatednstamper member so that its second transfer face 16 nopposite to the first transfer face thereof faces thendisc-shaped substrate, similarly forming a secondnspacer layer on the second recording layer andnforming a third recording layer on the surface of thensecond spacer layer transferred from the secondntransfer face.
