The agent for preventingnor ameliorating allergic diseases containsnan α-bond galactooligosaccharide as thenactive ingredient. The functional food containsnan α-bond galactooligosaccharidenas the active ingredient. As such α-bondngalactooligosaccharide, use can be made ofna product synthesized by the dehydrationnreaction by α-galactosidase with the usenof galactose or a galactose-containingnmaterial as a substrate. |
