The present invention provides cell fusogenic vectors havingnreplicative ability, whose protease-dependent tropism has beennmodified. M gene-deficient viral vectors encoding modified Fnproteins, in which the cleavage site of the F protein of paramyxovirusnis modified to be cleaved by different proteases, were produced. Inncells transfected with these vectors, the genomic RNA present in thenvectors is replicated, and cell fusogenic infection spreads tonneighboring cells depending on the presence of other proteases;nhowever, no viral particles are released. The vectors of thisninvention, encoding the F proteins which are cleaved by proteasesnwhose activity is enhanced in cancer, show cancer growth suppressiveneffect in vivo . |
