Method for adjusting temperature of analyzing tool and analyzing device having function of adjusting temperature |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a technique for causingnthe temperature of a liquid component retained in an analyticalntool (1) to be adjusted to a target temperature, wherein thenanalytical tool (1) is used for analyzing the sample. Accordingnto the present invention, the temperature of the liquid componentn(10) is raised by heating the liquid component utilizing lightnenergy from a light source (23). The temperature raising ofnthe liquid component may be performed by supplying the lightnenergy directly to the liquid component. Alternatively, thentemperature raising of the liquid component may be performednby thermal energy transferred from a temperature raise regionnadjacent to the liquid component to which the light energynsupplied. Preferably, as the light source (23) for raisingntemperature, use may be made of a laser diode or a light-emittingndiode. |
