abstract | This invention fragments ions ionized by an electro-spray ionizationnmethod or the like for a target protein whose three-dimensional structure is tonbe predicted, to fragment ions by a hexapole CID method or the like, andnmeasures a fragmentation spectrum. The present invention determinesnfragment ion assignment information on an amino acid sequence of the targetnprotein based on the measured fragmentation spectrum. The presentninvention specifies a region of the amino acid sequence of the target protein innwhich region the ions are dissociated to the fragment ions according to thendetermined fragment ion assignment information, and determines easilyncleavable domain information on the amino acid sequence of the target proteinnaccording to the specified region. The present invention predicts thenthree-dimensional structure of the target protein. The present inventionnoutputs predicted three-dimensional structure prediction data and thendetermined easily cleavable domain information while making themncorrespond to each other. |
