Heat-shrinkable polyester film |
abstract |
A heat-shrinkable polyester film characterized in thatn(A) the degree of heat shrinkage in 70°C water is 10 ton50% as measured in the maximum shrinkage direction, (B)nthe degree of heat shrinkage in 85°C water is 70% ornhigher as measured in the maximum shrinkage directionnand is 10% or lower as measured in the directionnperpendicular to the maximum shrinkage direction, andn(C) the difference in heat shrinkage Δ (%) shown by thenfollowing equation is 10 to 20%, provided that X 0 (%)nis the degree of heat shrinkage in 95°C water asnmeasured in the maximum shrinkage direction and X 10 (%)nis the degree of heat shrinkage of a 10%-heat-shrunknfilm in 95°C water as measured in the maximum shrinkagendirection. Δ = X 0 - X 10 |
