titleOfInvention CERAMIC PLATE AS SIDE-THREAD FOR THIN-BANDED CASTING WITH DOUBLE ROLLER
abstract A ceramic plate as side weir for twin drum type thin-sheet continuous casting, comprising constituent phases composed of 10 to 90 vol.% of REAG phase, 5 to 50 vol.% of Sialon phase, 5 to 50 vol.% of BN phase and 0 to 20 vol.% of amorphous phase, wherein the REAG phase is constituted of at least one rare earth aluminum garnet phase selected from among YAG phase, ErAG phase, YbAG phase and DyAG phase and wherein the Sialon phase has a composition of the chemical formula Si6-zAlzOzN8-z in which z is in the range of 0.05 to 1.9.
