abstract |
An intraocular lens (1) capable of suppressing an aftercataract with a simple constitution. The intraocular lens includes a foldable optical part (2) which has a shape of refractive surfaces determined in accordance with refractive power to be provided to the optical part, and a supporting part (3) which is jointed to an edge portion of the optical part while being inclined to a plane orthogonal to an optical axis of the optical part, wherein a joint portion of the optical part with the supporting part has a thickness that is deformed due to a stress generated by a pressure applied to the supporting part at the time of arrangement inside an eye (E) regardless of the shape of the refractive surfaces. |
