A lining member including ETFE, which exhibits excellent adherence and enables reducing coating defects. An ETFE lining member comprising a base material, a primer layer and a surface layer piled in this sequence, characterized in that the base material is constituted of a metal or a ceramic; the primer layer is constituted of ETFE (A) and a binder component; and the surface layer is constituted of ETFE (B), the ETFE (B) having a fluorine content not lower than that of the ETFE (A). |
