A thin rectangular parallelepiped box (2) has a fuel feed section (4) for feeding fuel in a tank (3) to a cell section (1) having several fuel cells (14), and openings (7) for feeding oxidant gas to the cell section. The tank, fuel feed section and cell section are arranged between two opposed short- side surfaces (83a,83b) of the box in one direction. An independent claim is also included for electric device. |
