A photosensitive composition for forming a dielectricnof the present invention comprising inorganic particles, annalkali developable resin and additives, wherein thenadditives comprise a compound having a quinonediazido groupn(C1), a compound containing at least two alkyletherifiednamino groups in the molecule (C2) and a thermal acidngenerator (C3), or wherein the inorganic particles compriseninorganic superfine particles (A-I) having a mean particlendiameter of less than 0.05µm and inorganic fine particlesn(A-II) having a mean particle diameter of not less thann0.05µm. n The composition can be calcined at low temperaturesnto form a dielectric layer with high dimensional precision,nsaid layer having a high dielectric constant and a lowndielectric loss. Also provided are a dielectric and annelectronic part prepared from the composition. |
