abstract | A block copolymer composition comprising: 100 to 20 wt.% block copolymer (A) which comprises at least two polymer blocks consisting mainly of units derived from a monoalkenyl aromatic compound (hereinafter referred to as blocks (a)) and at least one polymer block consisting mainly of units derived from a conjugated diene (hereinafter referred to as block (b)); and 0 to 80 wt.% block copolymer (B) which comprises at least one block (a) and at least one block (b) and has a peak molecular weight corresponding to from 1/3 to 2/3 the peak molecular weight of the block copolymer (A), wherein (1) the blocks (a) have a molecular weight distribution of 5 to 20 in terms of the ratio of the peak height to the half band width in the chromatogram, (2) the content of the blocks (a) is 10 to 48 wt.%, excluding 48 wt.%, (3) the weight-average molecular weight of the whole composition is 100,000 to 500,000, and (4) the value obtained by subtracting the content of the blocks (a) from the total content of the combined monoalkenyl aromatic compound is from 2 to 30 wt.%. |
