The invention concerns an improved biochip device, comprising a substrate (10) including a non-absorbent multilayer intermediate mirror (12) coated with a high refractive index material layer (14) whereon are fixed chromophoric elements (16), said layer (14) further comprising means for extracting light in guided mode, to recover the light emitted by the chromophoric elements (16) in the layer (14) in response to a light excitation and direct it towards sensing and measuring means. |
