Percutaneous absorption preparations for treatingndementia which contain an adhesive composition,ncharacterized in that the adhesive composition contains thenactive ingredient in a dispersed state, the activeningredient is released at a pharmacologically effectivenrate and the skin permeation rate thereof is at least 1.2nµg/cm 2 /h. Thus, it is possible to provide percutaneousnabsorption preparations whereby the therapeutic effect cannbe sustained over a prolonged period of time withoutnelevating the concentration of the active ingredient in thenplasma to such a level as causing the expression of sideneffects in the administration of remedies for dementia. |
