Method of evaluating degree of canceration of mammal-origin specimen |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for assessingna cancerous state of a mammal-derived specimen, which comprises:n (1) a first step of measuring a methylation frequency ofnHeparan sulfate D-glucosaminyl 3-0-sulfotransferase genencontained in a mammal-derived specimen or an index value havingnthe correlation therewith, and (2) a second step of determining a cancerous state of thenspecimen based on a difference obtained by comparing the measurednmethylation frequency or the index value having the correlationntherewith, with a control; and the like. |
