abstract |
The invention relates to a method for preparing a primary sample (3) of biological origin in order to determine at least one constituent contained therein. According to the invention, the primary sample (3) is contained in a first container (1) and at least one part of said primary sample (3) is transferred from the first container (1) into at least one reaction container. A reagent (9) or a reagent mixture for treating the primary sample (3) or the constituent to be determined is placed in at least one of the reaction containers. In order to transfer the at least one part of the primary sample (3), at least two respective containers (1,6) are interconnected to form a hermetically sealed system until the constituent(s) to be determined are stabilised at room temperature by means of a reaction with a reagent (9) or a reagent mixture. |
