VINYL CHLORIDE POLYMER COMPOSITION |
abstract |
A vinyl chloride polymer composition which comprises (i) a vinyl chloride polymer (a) and (ii) a block copolymer (b) having (α) an addition polymer block comprising either a block copolymer having an aromatic vinyl polymer block and a conjugated diene polymer block or a product of hydrogenation of the block copolymer and (ß) a polyurethane block, in a specific weight ratio. It is nontacky, has excellent handleability, is satisfactory in flexibility and mechanical performance, has satisfactory fusion bondability to other materials, and is free from the migration of an ingredient functioning as a plasticizer. The vinyl chloride polymer composition is utilizable in various applications such as the production of various moldings and the production of a layered structure comprising the composition and other material(s). |
