On-line preparation of fluids, comprises that a filter (18,19) is fitted at each successive filtering station (16,17) to give a filtration cycle for the fluid (12) in its path from the supply to the injection zone (14), they are replaced alternately for each new cycle to prepare the sterile fluid, and the fluid is delivered to the injection zone at time intervals programmed by the operator.
