titleOfInvention | Test-kit for detecting enterohemorrhagic escherichia coli strains (ehec) |
abstract | The invention relates to a test-kit for detecting enterohemorrhagic escherichia coli strains (EHEC), containing, each time, a primer pair for amplifying at least a portion of the SLT1 gene, SLT2 gene, r∫bE gene, eaeA gene and of a control gene in a single reaction and containing an oligonucleotide serving as a trapping probe and an oligonucleotide serving as a detector probe for hybridizing, at room temperature, the amplification products that are obtained with the primers. According to the invention, all trapping probes are immobilized on a common solid surface, and the detector probes are provided with a visually detectable marking. The use of a test kit enables a simple and reliable detection of enterohemorrhagic escherichia coli strains in a single reaction. |
