titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of particles of the mucous membrane taken by biopsy cytological diagnostics
abstract The needle (3) is held at an angle including 10degrees-30degrees with the slide (1) surface (2). Its tip (3a) is laid on the slide surface, spaced away from the mucous membrane particle (4). This spacing locates the contact area (3b) centroid between needle and particle, at the center point (M) of the particle, or slightly above it. The mucous membrane is pushed over the slide by the needle, whilst maintaining the needle angle. The mucous membrane sample is moved over the slide surface using repeated meandering movements of the needle, producing several adjacent strips of sample film.
