abstract The invention relates to aminouracils of formula (I), wherein the radicals R?1 and R2¿ independently represent hydrogen or a branched or unbranched, linear or cyclic alkyl radical having 1 - 18 C atoms or an aryl radical having 6 - 18 C-atoms, which can be optionally substituted by one or more alkyl radicals having, respectively, 1 - 6 C-atoms. According to the invention, said aminouracils are suitable for stabilising antistatic organic plastics containing halogen against thermal and/or photochemical decomposition.
