abstract | A method is provided that is suitable for use in processing a digitally exposedntranslucent or transparent display material. The method includes exposing antranslucent or transparent material to light emitted from a light source. The materialncontains at least one silver halide having a silver content of at least about 1 g/m 2 basednon the area of the material. The method also includes contacting the material with ancolor developer solution comprising at least one color developing agent and ancompound having the following formula (I):n nin which each of a and b independently represents 1 to 4, and in which each of X andnY independently represents a hydrogen, sodium or potassium atom. The duration ofnthe step (b) is from about 60 to about 180 seconds. |
