A molding having a high pullulan content which has excellent stability to moisture changes, in contrast to conventional high-pullulan-content moldings, which have poor stability to moisture changes; a process for producing the high-pullulan-content molding which comprises incorporating a given amount of α,α -trehalose together with pullulan to thereby enhance stability to moisture changes; and a use of the high-pullulan-content molding obtained by the process. |
