titleOfInvention Method and arrangement for adjustable modulation of spectral composition and/or intensity of pump light and/or probe light
abstract The method involves spatially separating beam portions of an incident beam with different polarization by a polarization unit (Pol1). A spatially-distributed spectrum of the beam portions is carried out by a dispersion unit (D1) e.g. prism, and a polarization state of portions of the spatially-distributed beam portions is varied. A spatial separation and/or combination of beam portions having differing polarizations are carried out by another polarization unit (Pol2). An independent claim is also included for a microscopy with an arrangement for modification of an illumination lighting and/or sample light with regard to its spectral composition and/or intensity.
