abstract An eye-use steam-generating heating sheet contains a steam-generatingncomposition (2), which is covered with at least a firstnmoisture-permeable sheet (3) and a second moisture-permeable sheet (4)nin that order. The first moisture-permeable sheet (3) has a moisturenpermeability of at least 600 g/m 2 /24 hrs, the secondnmoisture-permeable sheet (4) has a moisture permeability has a moisturenpermeability of 700 to 3000 g/m 2 /24 hrs, the firstnmoisture-permeable sheet and the second moisture-permeable sheet arenprovided such that a steam accumulation space (8) is formedntherebetween, and at least one of the moisture-permeable sheets coveringnthe steam-generating composition has a water resistance of at least 400nmm. This eye-use steam-generating heating sheet is sealed for storage.
