abstract | The invention relates to an aqueous polymeric floor coating agent, essentially free of metal salts, comprising a) a polyurethane component, whereby a polyol mixture, containing, as a component, a partially dehydrated ricin oil with a hydroxyl number of 90 to 130 mg KOH per g of substance and b) an emulsion polymer as film-forming component, which permits the resulting coating to be stripped and removed by application of an acid or alkaline based on i) a first fraction of polymerised units, comprising either an acid or amino group, with the effect that the particles of the emulsion polymer swell when treated with an amine group containing polish remover, (including ammonia), or an acid polish remover and ii) a second component of polymerised units, comprising a functional group which permits an intermolecular, covalent cross-linking of the polymer, either by direct reaction between said cross-linking groups or by means of a covalent cross-linking agent, which can react with the cross-linking groups and which is present in the composition, whereby a said intermolecular, covalent cross-lining of the polymer occurs either before or during the deposition of the film on the substrate. |
