The inventive systemncomprises an electronic control unit (34); containers (22)nfor active material; a container (11) for clean water; anflowmeter (21) ; metering pumps (23) which are connected toneach of said containers (22) and which operate at uniformnatmospheric pressure; a system (27) for injecting thendosed active materials; a mixer (29); a filter (31); and,noptionally, a speed sensor (41). Said system operates bynadapting the dose of the active material according to thenreading on the flowmeter (21) or according to thendisplacement velocity of the equipment using the readingsnon the flowmeter (21) and said speed sensor (41).
