abstract The invention relates to an interference screw (1), in particular for fixing tendons inside a transosseous tunnel, said screw (1) being made of bioresorbable material and consisting of a body ( 2) monobloc provided with an external surface (4) on which is provided a thread (5) of screws, said screw (1) comprising a first zone (6) called proximal of diameter D1, a second zone (7) called distal of diameter D2 and an intermediate zone (8) provided between said proximal (6) and distal (7) zones, said screw (1) being characterized in that the diameter D1 is greater than the diameter D2 so as to allow, in addition to the fixing tendons, neutralizing their movement in the transosseous tunnels.
