The first invention provides an external preparation forntreating dermatoses comprising vitamin E and squalane, whichnhas an efficacy at least equivalent to that of externalnpreparations containing adrenocortical hormones as the activeningredient. The second invention provides an externalnpreparation for treating dermatoses comprising annadrenocortical hormone, vitamin E and squalane, which isnreduced in adrenocortical hormone content as compared withnconventional preparations, is also reduced in side effects,nand has high clinical efficacy. The third invention providesnan external preparation for treating dermatoses comprising annonsteroidal antiinflammatory agent, vitamin E and squalanenand/or squalene, which is reduced in side effects and isnhighly efficacious. The fourth invention provides an externalnpreparation for treating dermatoses comprising annantihistaminic agent, vitamin E and squalane and/or squalene,nwhich is reduced in side effects and is highly efficaciousnlike the above preparation. The fifth invention provides annexternal preparation for treating dermatoses comprisingnvitamin E, squalene and squalane, which is reduced in sideneffects and is highly efficacious. |
