To improve, at low cost, the display performance of annelectro-optical device for reflecting the light emittednfrom a light-emitting layer to an electrode opposite to ansubstrate. n Within a circuit part 11, a silicon layer 261 and ancondenser electrode 150 formed from a first metal layernthereon with a gate-insulating layer 150 being sandwichedntherebetween is provided under a pixel display part 26.nFurther, a second metal layer forms a power source line 103nparallel to a signal line 102 with a width covering thenpixel display part 26 and with a thickness havingnreflexibility. The light emitted and transmitted throughnan anode 23 from an organic EL layer 60, is reflectednupwardly by the power source line 103 and is emitted fromnthe pixel display part 26. A storage capacitor 113 isnformed in a layer below the power source line 103 by thensilicon layer 261, the condenser electrode 150, and thenpower source line 103. As a result, the space of thencircuit part 11 is efficiently used. |
