titleOfInvention Flashlight treatment device
abstract The present invention relates to a device for treatment (10) by emission of light flashes, comprising a flash lamp and a generator (11) to which the lamp is connected, the generator (11) comprising several electronic switches each associated with a respective capacitor, each electronic switch which can be controlled from a non-passing state to a passing state allowing electrical energy accumulated in the associated capacitor to be discharged in the lamp, characterized in that the capacity of each capacitor is sufficiently low that '' in the event of failure of the corresponding electronic switch and the discharge in the lamp of all the electrical energy accumulated in the capacitor, the light flash thus generated has an energy density low enough to not cause the risk of unwanted lesion of the treated area.
