titleOfInvention Composite for building material, and method of manufacturing building material using the same
abstract To provide a composite for a building material that isnharmless to the environment and can be recycled. The compositencontains diatomaceous earth, waste lumber, and inorganicnhardener, or further contains field earth, and, asnnecessary, used paper and/or crushed pieces ofnused tatami mat, used tile, and crushed earth. Thencomposite is prepared bynhomogeneously mixing the components, and thennmolding the building material and curingnthe composite. The manufactured building material has anhigh humidity conditioning property as in the case of thenconventional mud walls made of coarse clay, and is easilynrecycled by being crushed. Moreover, this buildingnmaterial does not cause hypersensitiveness to chemical substances, nand has a feel of earth so that earthen walls and flowernbeds made by using this building material integrate wellnwith an appearance of an ancient city and are in harmonynwith the beautiful appearance of houses.
