A support having an oligonucleotide, a cDNA or a gDNA immobilized thereon which is produced by chemically modifying a support, immobilizing the oligonucleotide, cDNA or gDNA hybridized therewith and then dehybridizing it to thereby give a support for immobilizing a nucleotide having an oligonucleotide boded thereto.
