abstract | It is made possible to quantify MT1-MMP and tonmeasure the enzymatic activity of MT1-MMP sensitively,naccurately and quickly with simple operations and reagents.nThe MT1-MMP quantifications and the MT1-MMP enzymatic activitynmeasurements can be carried out using quantitative immunoassaysnfor MT1-MMP with anti-MT1-MMP Ab and reagents used therefor,nfurther immunologically quantifying methods for a membernselected from (i) MT1-MMP released and/or solubilized from cellnmembrane with a surfactant and/or a reducing agent and (ii)nspontaneously solubilized MT1-MMP, reagents used therefor,nsolid-phased MT1-MMP, etc., thereby enabling the screening forna compound which promotes or inhibits the expression of MT1-MMPnor a compound which promotes or inhibits the enzymatic activitynof MT1-MMP, and facilitating the development and research fornvaluable pharmaceutical drugs. There are also provided anuseful testing drug for cancer or cancer metastasis. |
