titleOfInvention | Biosensor |
abstract | A biosensor by which a target substance in a sample can be measured at a high accuracy is provided. An electrode system involving a working electrode (12) and a counter electrode (13) is provided on a substrate (11). Then a reagent layer (16) containing the above-described reagent and particles is formed thereon to construct a biosensor. Effects of impurities in the sample on the electrode system can be eliminated by the above-described particles. The average particle size of these particles preferably ranges from 0.1 to 45 νm. |
