abstract |
A method of producing vascularised tissue utilising a vascular pedicle enclosed in a chamber and implanted in a donor is provided. A vascularised tissue graft suitable for transplantation is also provided. The invention also encompasses a method of repairing a tissue deficit using a vascularised tissue graft. |
