This invention relates to a novel organophotoreceptor comprising:n (a) at least one charge transport material comprising a fluorenonenhydrazone having a combination of groups thereon, the combination of groupsnbeing selected from the group consisting of a) at least two fluorenonenalkylsulfonylphenylhydrazone groups, b) at least two fluorenonenpyrrolylhydrazone groups, c) at least two fluorenone benzotriazolylhydrazonengroups, d) at least two fluorenone sulfolanylhydrazone groups, e) at least twonfluorenone pyrazolylhydrazone groups, f) at least two fluorenonennaphthylhydrazone groups, g) at least two fluorenone tetrazolylhydrazonengroups, h) at least two fluorenone stilbenylhydrazone groups, and i) at leastntwo fluorenone (9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)benzylhydrazone groups. Some of thesenfluorenones may be represented by the formulan n where n is an integer between 2 and 6, inclusive; R 1 is hydrogen, annalkyl group, or an aryl group (e.g., phenyl, naphthyl, stilbenyl, benzyl, or tolanylngroup); R 2 is an alkylsulfonylphenyl or one of its derivatives; X is a linkingngroup having the formula -(CH 2 ) m -, branched or linear. The compounds maynform electrostatic imaging systems in combination with (b) a charge generating compound; and (c) an electrically conductive substrate. |
