titleOfInvention | Positive photosensitive polyimide resin composition |
abstract | A positive photosensitive resin composition excellent in surface water repellency characteristics. Specifically, a positive photosensitive polyimide resin composition which comprises [a] a solvent-soluble polyimide bearing functional groups selected from among phenolic hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, thiophenol group, and sulfonic acid group, [b] a photosensitive o-quinonediazide compound, and [c1] a polyimide comprising repeating units represented by the general formula (2) or [c2] a polyamic acid comprising repeating units represented by the general formula (3), with the [c1] or [c2] content ranging from 0.1 to 50 wt% based on the total weight of the polymer components. In said formulae (2) and (3), R?3 and R5¿ are each a tetravalent organic group; and R?4 and R6¿ are each a divalent organic group bearing a longer alkyl group having six or more carbon atoms or a fluoroalkyl group. |
