abstract |
An aqueous ink-jet ink composition for printing onnoffset media is disclosed comprising an ink colorant, anneffective amount of at least one surfactant, and anneffective amount of at least one aprotic polar solventnwherein the solvent is comprised of molecules having anmolecular weight from 40 to 1500. Optionally, anneffective amount of a non-aprotic polar solvent can benadded. The aqueous ink-jet inks of the present inventionnare effective for printing on many commercially availablenoffset papers and other media. |
