The sheet comprising at least first and second plies of cellulose wadding with a grammage of between 10 and 40 g / m 2 , embossed and assembled in such a way that the protuberances defining the embossing patterns are arranged towards the inside of the sheet and provide cavities therebetween, is characterized in that the first fold (F1) comprises first frustoconical protrusions (100 ') whose surface at the top is between 0.3 mm 2 and 4 mm 2 , the second fold (F2) comprises second protuberances (200 ') placed opposite the first protuberances so that said first protuberances cannot be interposed between the second protuberances. |
