Radiological imaging apparatus |
abstract |
An imaging apparatus of a radiological imaging apparatusnis provided with first and second radiation detectors (4A,n4B) disposed around a hole portion (33) into which a bed (16)nis inserted. The first radiation detector (4A) includes a detectingnportion formed of GaAs of a square having a side of 5nmm and having a thickness of 2 mm. The second radiation detectorn(4B) includes a detecting portion formed of CdTe of ancube having a side of 5 mm. The first radiation detector detectsnX-rays emitted from an X-ray source (9) and transmittednthrough an examinee (34) and does not detect γ-rays emittednfrom the examinee. The second radiation detector (4B) detectsnabove X-rays and γ-rays. An X-ray signal processing apparatusn(20) processes an X-ray image signal from the first radiationndetector (4A) and outputs intensity information thereof. Ansignal discriminating apparatus (21) processes a γ-ray imagensignal from the second radiation detector (4B) and outputs anpulse signal. Thus, the radiological imaging apparatus capablenof carrying out radiation examination of the subject bynusing X-rays and γ-rays can be simplified. |
