abstract |
A method for compounding functional materials (I) with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) involves <??>(a) introducing TPU into a mixer; and <??>(b) keeping the TPU in motion in the mixer; whilst <??>(c) adding (I) or a mixture containing (I) in atomized form. <??>Independent claims are also included for <??>(1) a particle mixture (II) containing particles comprising a TPU-containing core with an average diameter of 10 microns to 10 mm and a shell with an average thickness of 0.1-500 microns containing functional materials; <??>(2) a method for the production of formed products by sintering mixture (II) in a mould; and <??>(3) formed products obtained by this method. |
