The device is characterized in that thenaliphatic monomer is a cycloalkene. n A kit comprisingn a) a microfabricated device comprising a surface (i) which isnmanufactured from a plastic material and (ii) comprises anliquid transportation system of chambers and channels withna depth ≤ 1000 µm which are covered by a top, and b) a fluorescent substance to be detected in the device andncomprising a fluorophor with a distinct maxima in theninterval of 400-750 nm. n The plastic material has a fluorescence intensity < 50 % ofnthe fluorescent intensity of the fluorescent substance at thenwavelength at which the substance fluoresces. n The kit is characterized in that the plastic materialncomprises a homopolymer or a copolymer of an aliphaticnmonomer comprising a polymerisable carbon-carbon double bond. |
