abstract | Disclosed herein is an anisotropically conductivensheet capable of holding charge in its surfaces under annunpressurised state, and moving the charge held in thensurface in a thickness-wise direction thereof in a statenpressurised in the thickness-wise direction, therebyncontrolling the quantity of the charge at the surface. n This anisotropically conductive sheet comprises ansheet base composed of an elastomer and conductivenparticles exhibiting magnetism contained in the sheet basenin a state oriented so as to arrange in rows in anthickness-wise direction of the sheet base, and dispersednin a plane direction thereof. Supposing that a volumenresistivity in the thickness-wise direction under annunpressurised state is R 0 , and a volume resistivity in thenthickness-wise direction in a state pressurised under anpressure of 1 g/mm 2 in the thickness-wise direction is R 1 ,nthe volume resistivity R 1 is 1 x 10 7 to 1 x 10 12 Ω·m, and anratio (R 0 /R 1 ) of the volume resistivity R 0 to the volumenresistivity R 1 is 1 x 10 1 to 1 x 10 4 . |
