According to the present invention, there are providednan insulating film for an organic EL element, which hasnsufficiently low water permeability and a good sectional formnand whose reactivity with a basic material and an electrodenmade from a metal having a low work function is suppressed,nan insulating film for an organic EL element, which enablesnthe formation of a through hole or U-shaped cavity thereinnand has excellent flattening performance, high transparencynand high resistance to a resist stripper, and a radiationnsensitive resin composition for forming the insulating film. n An organic EL display element having this insulatingnfilm is free from an emission failure and has sufficientlynlong luminance half-life period and excellent reliability. n The above composition comprises an alkali-soluble resinnwhich may have an epoxy group and a 1,2-quinonediazidencompound. |
